FastFreight Carriers
FastFreight Carriers (FFC) was established in July of 2014 with one truck and one trailer. The owner, Derrick Whitsy, had a vision of building FFC to be one of the top rated carriers in the southeast region. To do so, he learned about the industry, the skill of being a driver and their day to day interactions, along with pros and cons of the trucking industry. During his journey, he interviewed brokers, shippers, and drivers to determine what each were seeking from a carrier over the span of two years. With the gained knowledge, he established and grew the continuously expanding company that FFC is today.
